**Updates**

8/6/2010
Recently,  Crest went on drive and generated the letters of noncompliance.  There was a printing error that occurred where multiple properties received duplicate letters.  This means that some homeowners will receive duplicate letters for the same issue.   Please disregard the duplicate notice.

6/24/2010 *update*
The MUD have been given approval to begin working on the easement in Stoneridge by the lift tanker to extend out infrastructure to new development including the Mini Storage.  This will not affect the entrance to Stoneridge.

Sign at Beazer – Good news.  Beazer has agreed to move the large sign in the StoneRidge section by this Friday.  They will then send a request for a site for the sign to be approved by the board.

6/18/2010

Sign at Beazer – We are working to with the developers (MHI and Beazer) to remove the new sign and will update this site once we have resolution.   We will keep you updated on this.

Landscaping – We have made it known to the landscaper that we are unhappy with the current color arrangements at the entrances.  The landscaper will be changing out color and adding landscaping to current areas of the community throughout the upcoming weeks.

Landscaping – We will be mulching the community in the next couple of weeks.

Tree Trimming - A professional will be tree trimming trees in the community in the upcoming weeks.

Playground – We have approved removing and installing new mulch at the playgrounds.  We will also be installing a new drainage system at the South playground to address the water issues.

Green Belts –We have received some complaints about the height of the greenbelts and the landscaper will attempt to mow lower and slower on the greenbelts.  Michael Adlong has agreed to serve the community as the overseer of the greenbelts and easements, reporting to the Board.  This is in an effort to insure that all areas of the community are maintained to a standard set by the Board.

Pool – In the coming weeks, we will be installing electronic access gates on the pools.   We will send out information on this as well.
